Boxing- is a stand up combat sport based on punching. It also is a contest in which two people engage in to measure their strength, speed, reflexes, and endurance against one another.

In this fitness program you will learn professional boxing techniques that include a variety of punching combinations. This program will also guide you through boxing routines that will allow you to improve your core strength, and also improve multi joint movements.This program will also cover a new way of strength training that involves cardio without the use of excersise machines.
